  • How long does delivery take?

    The delivery dates specified when an order is placed and during an order are approximate only.

    Eurostyle windows will not be liable under any circumstances for any delay or failure to deliver, any delay does not entitle the customer to reject or under any circumstances for the consequences of any delay or failure to deliver.

    No delay shall entitle the customer to reject any order.

    Eurostyle windows will endeavour to meet any schedule of customers’ requirements upon commencement of order but will accept no liability whatsoever for a delay or failure to meet such requirements however this may arise.

  • Delivery of your windows order

    Eurostyle windows recommends that the customer is present or either has a representative present at the delivery address or the alternative address at the time of supply in order to confirm delivery of the goods specified in the order and that the goods are in good condition.

    The number of goods and condition in which the goods are received should be thoroughly checked and then the delivery note must be signed by either the customer or the customer’s representative.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Unless otherwise expressly agreed prior to commencement of the order, Eurostyle windows require a 50% deposit including VAT of the total supply only cost of the order to commence production of the goods.

    The balance of the total supply only cost including VAT is payable before delivery. All funds must have cleared before the delivery date.

  • Payment methods

    We accept payment by credit or debit cards, please note that we do charge a 2% administration surcharge fee on payment made using a credit card.

    Cheques are to be made payable to Eurostyle Windows and company bank account details are available upon request.

  • Are the windows guaranteed?

    Traditional timber windows in last for centuries, just look around you. Our windows will last a lifetime with only a small amount of maintenance. 

    Our windows are supplied as standard with a 3 year warranty for paint, hardware and glazing.

  • Can I come and look at these windows?

    Yes. We welcome visitors to our factory. You can look at the windows we offer and try out the different features. All appointments to visit us must be made in advance. You can see where we are on our map page.

  • Do you fit timber windows?

    We provide our goods on a supply only basis. Eurostyle windows are happy to provide an installers contact details to the customer, however all liaisons with regards to the installing of our goods are between the customer and the installer, including installation costs, payment terms, arrangements and queries.

  • Do you supply unpainted or unfinished windows?

    Problems start when untreated timber is exposed to the elements. Water may penetrate the frames, which could lead them to swell or warp. Our windows are painted on production lines before leaving the factory to ensure a top quality finish.

  • How much maintenance is needed?

    You should expect the coatings on our windows to last for 5 to 8 years without needing to be improved. Your location and environmental factors such as exposure to weather will affect this. Redecorating our windows is a simple job. There is no sanding down required and it should take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete.

  • What are the environmental effects of timber windows

    We source our timber from properly managed forests. This means that Eurostyle Windows are a sound environmental choice. You can read more about our approach to sustainability here.
